The Suites

At the Jagdhof, each of the 70 luxurious rooms and suites has its own unique signature, yet all share a common thread: a harmonious blend of Alpine authenticity and understated elegance. Warm woods, soft textiles, and carefully selected details create an atmosphere that feels both rooted and refined. Traditional elements – such as farmhouse parlours or stone-pine interiors – are reinterpreted with a light, contemporary touch. Generous layouts and distinct categories, from premium rooms to expansive suites and family apartments, offer a sense of space and privacy throughout. Many accommodations open onto balconies with views of the Stubai mountains, lovingly inviting the surrounding landscape into the room.

The Foodie Scene

Cuisine at the Jagdhof unfolds as a journey through flavour, craftsmanship, and place. At its centre is the Hubertusstube, awarded a Michelin star and four Gault&Millau toques, where Alpine traditions are translated into exquisite contemporary dishes. The approach is rooted in regionality yet open to global influences, resulting in menus that feel both grounded and inventive. Beyond fine dining, the culinary experience extends across the hotel – be it generous breakfasts, dining on cloud nine in the Fondue Gondola, or relaxed moments in the Fireside Bar. Beneath it all lies a globally renowned wine cellar, home to more than 20,000 bottles, where classic vintages and rare discoveries sit side by side, carefully curated to accompany every course.

The Experiences

Life at the Jagdhof moves seamlessly between activity and retreat. The 3,000m² jSPA forms the quiet centre of the hotel, with its saunas, water worlds, and treatment spaces designed for unhurried, holistic well-being. Outside, the Stubaital valley offers a constantly shifting backdrop: glacier skiing in winter; hiking, mountain biking, and Alpine exploration in the warmer months. Throughout the year, carefully curated moments add further depth – from wine events to special gatherings that bring together like-minded guests, such as the legendary Supercar Week and culinary days featuring renowned chefs from the world of haute cuisine. Whether immersed in nature or within the calm of the spa, the experience is defined by a sense of balance: invigorating, restorative, and distinctly Alpine.
