Trade Shows 2025
New year, new shows! Get those calendars (and a coffee) ready: it's time to go show-shopping!
Ultra - Dubai
January 26th to 30th
What better month for an inauguration? Private Luxury Events (PLE) is launching another trade show, and this one is dedicated exclusively to the ultra-luxury segment. Atlantis, The Royal is the host hotel and other events will take place in the brand new Delano Dubai. Participation is by invitation only.
Essence of Phuket · Thailand
March 3rd to 7th
The newly-designed Essence event series kicks off with its first of three calendar events in Phuket. Suppliers from Asia, the Middle East, and the Pacific region will meet international buyers from the consortia communities of Serandipians and Takumians by Traveller Made. Details for the other two shows in Panama and Sardinia are respectfully below.
Home of Luxury by ITB · Berlin
March 4th to 6th
Third time's a charm? The area reserved for luxury buyers and suppliers will be hosted at ITB. The idea is to give the luxury segment a quiet space that is secluded from the rest of the trade show: the Marshall House located in the Summer Garden.
Private Luxury Barcelona · Barcelona
March 9th to 12th
150 luxury travel advisors from the EMEA region meet 140 suppliers from all over the world. The host hotel is the Intercontinental Barcelona, where the participants will meet for networking and individual meetings. Of course, there will also be a supporting program.
Loop Nordic 2025 · Borgo Egnazia
March 9th to 12th
Following the inaugural event in Stockholm, the second edition of the trade show geared towards buyers from the Nordic countries will take place in Italy. Suppliers from all over the world will have the opportunity to get to know and engage with the rather fragmented Nordic market.
Épica Travel Show · Bogotá
March 17th to 20th
This new trade show promises access to hidden gems in Latin America and the Caribbean, where international buyers will meet suppliers from the region. Good to know: the participation fee for buyers is $500 USD, part of which will be donated to an environmental project.
Remote Brazil · São Paulo
March 18th
Small but mighty: Remote is known for its intimate size and the exhibitors come exclusively from Latin America. This makes it ideal for expanding one's knowledge of the specific region. In addition to the one-day trade show, immersion trips take place in May and October.
Travelux Club · Venice
March 18th to 22nd
The stage is set for the eighth edition of the Travelux Club: decision-makers and senior agents from all over the world will meet in Venice, most of them from Europe and North America. About 70 percent of the suppliers are luxury hotels, but purveyors of villas, yachts, and aviation are also on-site.
DUCO Italy · Milan
March 24th to 28th
As always you can only get in with an invitation, and those who do get in will receive the full load of Italian luxury hotel business. The exhibitors come exclusively from Italy, and in addition to 15-minute talks, there are special evening events with that unique la dolce vita flair.
Emotions Travel Show · Lima
March 31st to April 3rd
Adiós, Buenos Aires! For the first time the South American part of the trade show will not take place in Argentina, but in Peru. Exhibitors from across Latin America will meet buyers from travel agencies and tour operators from all over the world – all from the luxury segment, of course.
Boutique · Marbella
April 2nd to 5th
Small, elegant boutique hotels are showcased at this special trade show. Organized by Private Luxury Events, the show is by invitation only. The host hotels are the Anantara Villa Padierna Palace and the METT Hotel & Beach Resort Marbella.
ILTM Africa · Cape Town
April 6th to 8th
Here are some impressive figures: 1,724 pre-scheduled meetings among participants with attendees coming from 36 countries. The African offshoot of ILTM Cannes is focused on high-quality appointments and networking in luxurious surroundings in Cape Town.
ILTM Latin America · São Paulo
May 5th to 8th
A total of 450 travel advisors will meet in the Brazilian metropolis, and just as many brands will be there as exhibitors. The buyers come from 14 Latin American countries and will each attend up to 54 meetings with suppliers from all over the world.
