Ngala Tented Camp Now Renovated
The andBeyond Ngala Tented Camp in South Africa was closed for six months, but is now open again. The tented suites have been given a new outdoor deck, the bathrooms have been upgraded with outdoor showers, and there are also free-standing bathtubs. The butler hatches are also new, providing privacy while morning coffee is served in the suite, for example. In the common areas, the decks have been extended for additional dining options. The spa facilities have also been expanded.

Emerald Cruises Intros New Ship
The Emerald Astra is set to join the Emerald Cruises riverboat fleet in 2026. The design is based on that of the cruise brand's two ocean-going yachts. With space for 180 passengers on board, the ship will sail along the Rhine, Moselle, and Danube Rivers. The other Emerald Cruises river ships will receive an update by the beginning of the 2025 season. The Horizon Bar & Lounge and restaurant areas will receive new furniture, Missoni fabrics will be introduced, and there will be iPads in the cabins.

Signature Level Now Also in Jamaica
The Grand Palladium hotel brand is now also offering their elevated Signature Level at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa in Jamaica. Guests in this category are accommodated in premium rooms and receive special services. These include access to the Coral Pool and its bar, Coral Beach, and a private lounge with drinks, not to mention a pool concierge. Additional amenities and services are provided in the rooms, and guests are welcome to take part in other extra activities.

Belmond Launches Another Luxury Train
Starting in July 2025, the Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train will be operating in the UK. The new luxury train comprises 18 suites. There's a bar in the Observation Car, and the train will also carry the two restaurant carriages, Malva and Samphire, through the countryside. Michelin-starred chef Simon Rogan is responsible for the culinary delights, and there's a spa car, too. The Britannic Explorer departs from Victoria Station in London on three- to six-day trips to Cornwall, Wales, and the Lake District. Each route is bookable now.

Delta to Have More Luxurious Cabins
To mark the airline's 100th birthday, Delta is introducing a new cabin design for all classes. In the future, passengers in First Class and Delta One, the airline's Business Class, will enjoy seats made of breathable materials and memory foam cushions. Delta is paying particular attention to the lighting in the cabin, which is intended for greater relaxation on board. Boeing B-757 aircraft will be the first to receive the new cabin, followed by an Airbus A-350 at the beginning of 2025. All aircraft will be gradually retrofitted.

Jumeirah Unveils New Al Bahar Villas
Located in the middle of the Jumeirah Beach Hotel grounds making them an ideal retreat, the long-popular 19 Al Bahar Villas have been given an extensive makeover and redesign. The villas are now decorated in earthy tones and have private outdoor terraces with plunge pools. But the real eye-catcher is the mini-bar, which is inspired by Balinese temple gates. Guests staying at the villas receive butler service and have access to the Al Bahar Club lounges, as well as the executive pool. Transfers are also included.
